Nobody was hoping Xur would sell Light Beyond Nemesis today
Meanwhile, Transversive Steps have only been sold one time, almost one year ago.

The only thing you need from Xur is 3oC, have a couple of them popped at all times you will soon not care what Xur sells because you will have all exotics.
