Matuta RR4 LiTc doesn't work?
so I got this blue sniper which has luck in the chamber. the sniper does 100 to the body but when the lucky bullet procs it still deals only 100?
[spoiler]I don't use snipers much so I don't really follow nerfs/buffs to them ;-;[/spoiler]

1 ReplyLuck in the chamber only procs when you get a precision hit, that's only with snipers

1 ReplyIt used to be that LitC did body damage when using an Omolon sniper rifle. They changed that real quick and now it only does bonus headshot damage. Ah those were days for catching buckets of salt! Lol
