One of the potential drops from the chroma packages is a class item with the name "spektar".
Despite being a drop from the chroma package, it doesn't have a node to light it up with a specific color.

Cloaks are a random drop regardless of contents received. It's dumb if that can be the only drop.

The spektar cloak is listed as a "guaranteed item", meaning you could get that or something else. "Possible items" are another potential drop to go with the guaranteed reward, but only have a chance of dropping. Although unlikely, it is possible to only get the class item (along with the standard reward of strange coins and motes of light).
