There is only one way left to save Destiny. Are you brave enough to do what it takes?

I know that might sound crazy. I know we've put up a hell of a fight over the last 3 years as the nerfhearders have gone after everything we've known and loved about this game, but it's time to face reality and the reality is that the only way for this game to survive is to stop fighting and embrace the nerfs. Yes it will be painful, but it's for the greater good and sometimes you have to give things up to get where you need to be. Let's start with sticky grenades. They are currently the "scourge" of the game by countless streamers and Trials payers (EDIT: was going to edit it to players, but realized it still fit. go figure) everywhere. I'm sorry folks, but shits gotta go. But let's not stop there, lets fix everything once and for all. So here are the rest of my proposed changes; [quote][b]- Lightning and Spike Grenades are going to be the next op weapon once stickies get nerfed so lets just reduce their damage and time of affect by 50% each. - Hand Cannons. Still the top primary in the game after the last range reduction... and yet outgunned regularly by The Wormwood. Solution? Hand Cannons and Sidearms need to be merged and be special weapons. Let's face it, we can pretend they're "different" all we want, but we all know deep down inside they're the same -blam!-ing thing. - Fusion Rifles. Why are they even in the game still Bungie? Remove them entirely. - Shotguns. Make them all guaranteed three hit kills. - Sniper Rifles. Each archetype gets one round then must reload. - Autorifles. They're fine - Pulse rifles. Reduce the rounds in each burst to one. Reduce magazine sizes to 13-19 rounds - Scout Rifles. Remove MIDA - Golden Gun, Hammer of Sol, Stormtrance. Each get the same duration and HoS is reduced to 3 "hammers" and Stormtrance 3 lightning rounds that function identically to GG shots. - Fist of Havoc. Can only be used if 2 or more enemies are in it's proximity - Nova Bomb and Shadowshot. Increase in all walls, corners and low hanging ceilings/doorways. - Defender Bubble. Needs to play musak while the ahole inside dances - Arcblade. reduce the actual number of kills by half in the final stats so it will finally not be the statistically top PvP super and fall in line with it's reputation as the worst super in the game - Heavy weapons. All remaining ammo removed after one kill - Special weapons. now all start with no ammo and ammo spawns disabled in PvP - Primaries. All must now reload after a kill. All given a .75 TTK - Remaining DoT and AoE grenades. All damage reduced by 50% Axion seekers randomly wander and not actually seek.[/b][/quote] I know this is a lot to take in and probably to a lot seems like it will destroy the game, but again it's the only way to save it. Once these changes have taken effect there is one last set of changes/sacrifices that have to be made for the greater good. [quote][b]- Remove all PvE components from the game. Raids. Strikes. All of it. - Rename Destiny "Trials of Osiris"[/b][/quote] Once these changes have been made, the Trials community, streamers and nerfhearders will have their "perfect game" to play and love forever as they compare KDs, ELOs and Epeens. Then the rest of us can move on to Destiny 2 with no Trials and have fun playing with OPAF weapons, abilities and grenades and feeling like powerful, unstoppable juggernauts again.
