Trials players in Raids

Just throwing this out there; if you come into a raid, and you're an avid trials player, it's probably a good idea to not bring your sweaty, shitty attitude with you. Leave that in your 3v3 mode because no one wants to hear your bitching. Especially when you're not actually helping, and in fact are making life harder for everyone. No one gives a damn about your K/D, your ELO, or how many times you went flawless. If you're not there to help and be of any real use, stay in the Crucible section of the directorate and leave us "low light casuals" to enjoy our gaming experience. Edit: Before anyone checks stats, the very assholes I'm posting about are the reason I don't do Raids. I play them to get the experience, but it's just not worth the salt to have to see one or two people ruin it by being a douche. Edit 2: Honestly, I was pissed at one dude, and I shouldn't have lumped PvP guys together. But as I've had people here say, there is no reason to act like a dick to people. I've ran the raid a few times, but I don't deal with bullshit from people that are at least 15+ years younger than me. I'm sure we've all dealt with assholes, and all I wanted to do was vent as I'm sure many of you have. Those that came here to publish K/D, raid #'s, you're what's wrong with not only this community, but gaming in general. If you're just roasting, by all means do so, but when you publish someone else's stats in ridicule, you're officially a sweaty douche.

If people can pull their weight in a raid, not die too much and communicate properly, then I'm good. What irks me, is when you ask if everyone knows what to do, and you are told "yes". Then when you get to an encounter you find out people don't know what to do, and don't have appropriate weapons to at least help compensate for the lack of experience. Now, I know there are many instances of elitists booting people for messing up once or twice, or not having an emblem or weapon, and this makes people feel like they have to lie... But when I make it clear that I'm not going to boot them, and that I'm happy to run through the mechanics and have a few practice goes first, that's where I have a problem. When I have the time, I'm ok with a few mess ups... But when I don't have the time, wiping for an hour at one encounter because the same person or people are making the same mistakes over and over again... How is it my duty to just keep going and not say anything? If you don't want to put up with people raging, start your own group and be up front with your requirements (or lack thereof), so people know what to expect when joining. Being a Trials player has little to do with this issue imo.
