Which generation of Pokemon is your favorite?

Gen I - Red, Blue, Yellow

Gen II - Gold, Silver, Crystal

Gen III - Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald

Gen IV - Diamond, Pearl, Platinum

Gen V - Black, White and their sequels

Gen VI - X, Y

Gen VII - Sun, Moon

Personally I'm a big fan of Gen III. Emerald was, and still is, my favorite of the franchise. The designs and the story(lol) really spoke to me more, and spawned my favorite starter: Torchic. Which is your favorite and why?
