Because of the Christmas sales on the game, there's this influx of Christmas noobs and smurf accounts in the game now. And I'm not saying it's bad to be a Christmas noob (though it is bad to be a smurf), but it can get a little annoying to keep getting matched up with level 7s and 13s who don't really have a full grasp on a lot of the game, or who already know everything about the game, cause they're a smurf.

I wish my quick games were like this, I only play with sweats, sometimes I just want to have a decent match trying to git gud with a character that I don't play

You were in their shoes at one point. Either live with it, or get 5 friends to play with you.

Hey that's me! (Christmas noob)

Blizzard is intent on matching me with losing teams. Reminds me of Crucible. Also a good reminder why I should be playing with friends.

Start gathering friends and skilled players from other matches and run into games with them. A good Bastion will beat a bad Genji, for example.

Just play comp. not that difficult
