You need to get it from the post Reward Screen.
The one that Amanda offers will always have "Fast Enter" for Titans.
Hunters and Warlocks got it easy.
Edit:
Do note that the Speeder Gauntlets, Speeder Chest and Speeder Boots are interchangeable between all Classes.
So, all you might need is the Class Items and Helmets. All the best.

What do you mean Hunters have it easy? My Vendor Helmet has that Summon Perk.

I'm aware that the arm, chest and leg SRL armor is not class exclusive, it saved me a lot of time on my quest to get a full suit for all 3 characters. I also just got a Titan helmet with Air Control, so happy! Now I have to spend ages grinding for XP.
