Exotic Sword Idea (Never will be made, but hey.)

Soulstealer Exotic Sword | Special/Heavy (Equipped in Heavy slot; takes up both slots.) Element: Neutral* (NOT KINETIC) *Cannot take advantage of any Burns, or 'Matching-Element' boosts, however damage cannot be resisted. (In short, the damage is always 'true' damage.) "A sword of vampiric power, somehow forged almost entirely of Darkness. It grants strange powers to those who wield it, however there are some... side-effects." ---------- Speed: 65 Impact: 75 Range: 15 Efficiency: 50 Defense: 50 Energy: 100 (Max Charges: 999) Note: Charges are not exactly ammo. Charges on this sword are used to fuel the different abilities, and not the basic melee attacks themselves. ---------- Perk 0: Balance Effects (HIDDEN 'PERKS')
- Cannot equip a Heavy. - Loose your melee charge. - Do not gain Heavy ammo from pick-ups/synths/etc. - If you pull it out, and do not kill anyone then sheathe it, your Recovery is reduced to 0 until a kill is obtained. - You cannot use the replaced Super, or any other abilities granted by the sword without it equipped (other than the single Charge gained from a default melee). This means, that you have no 'extra' abilities besides your Jump while not wielding the sword.
The Unending Hunger (Exotic Perk 1)
- Once the Blade is activated, it cannot be sheathed until a kill/assist is achieved. If sheathed before, the blade will consume you instead, and reduce your Recovery to 0 until a kill is obtained with the blade. - For the Blade to feed, it needs a wielder. It finds it necessary to share it's 'food' with them. Whenever a kill is obtained, your Recovery is boosted to Max and Health Regeneration starts immediately (Lasts for 5 seconds). - When the Blade feeds, it's power is boosted by 20% per kill. This effect will last for 5 seconds. There can be an infinite amount of stacks, and getting an additional stack will also refresh current stacks. You also gain 5 Charges for each kill. If you kill with a Melee that is not the sword, the Blade can feed a small bit, and gains 1 Charge. Charges can only be gained through kills, as Heavy Ammo and Synths will not work.
Vampiric Embrace (Exotic Perk 2; Super Replacer)
- Your Super is replaced. When activating your Super, it will instead fuel the Sword with infinite charges, and boost all damage from the sword by x2 (applied AFTER all other damage modifiers). After the Super wears out, the Sword's charges return to what they were before activation, plus whatever charges would be earned from "The Unending Hunger" - Your stats will be boosted to max (Armor, Recovery, Agility) while Super is active. - If your Super is charged and you fall while wielding the Sword, you can press <Melee + Grenade> and a soul-claiming explosion will occur centered around you with a short range that deals massive damage. If any souls are claimed, you are returned to life. When you return to life, you are completely invisible, and cannot harm or be harmed until 3 seconds have passed.
Vampiric Barrage (Default)
- Use <Melee> to attack with the sword. This attack does not consume a charge, and can be chained into a combo of 5 attacks. The first two attacks are slashes, and deal 1.5x Basic Melee damage. The third is a lunging pierce that deals x1 Basic Melee damage, and x1.25 Basic Melee damage through shields and protections (if the opponent has no shields, this attack deals x1.45 Basic Melee damage) and has an increased 'lunge' range. The fourth is a back-hand slash that deals x1.3 Basic Melee damage in a radius around you (the radius is equal to the melee's Slash range). The fifth and final attack is a vertical slash straight down, dealing x2 Basic Melee damage to whoever is hit, and launches a thin, vertical energy blast dealing x.5 Basic Melee damage to whoever is hit (travels 'Globally'). The damage of the Energy slash is increased by .5 per time enemies were hit was hit in the combo. This means, the Energy slash can do x3 Basic Melee damage if a single target was hit the entire time, plus .5 for however many enemies were also hit by the AoE attack. - Hold down the <Melee> button on the attacks (can be any, and can be all.) to apply a DoT effect that can stack infinite amount of times. Each stack lasts for 6 seconds, and deals x.25 Basic Melee damage every 2 seconds. While enemies are affected, all sword damage is increased by x1.5 (applied after all other damage modifiers, but before the replaced Super's x2)
Vampiric-Guard
- Blocks all damage. - Blocking attacks will *restore* charges to the sword. - No charge loss while blocking. Instead, you take damage (same as Touch of Malice) while blocking. When attacked, any damage that would normally be partially mitigated by other Blades instead restore your health.
Perk 1: Empowered Darkness
- Increases your armor while wielding the sword. - All AoE damage is reduced by 50%; All DoT damage is reduced by 100%.
Perk 2:
Increased Absorption - Every kill gains +1 charge. or Fuel of Souls - Kills gain -1 charge, but you gain your Super charge cool-down is reduced by 1 minute.
Perk 3: Aura of the Vampire
- Press <Shoot> to toggle on an Aura that drains 1 charge per second. The Aura will reduce the Agility and Recovery by 2 for any enemy within the radius (which is the size of Nova Bomb's Diameter) and gives it to you (Stats gained from this can exceed the 'cap'). It will also deal x.25 Basic Melee damage per second to anyone within the radius, and heal you for that damage. You are also invisible to any non-enhanced radar.
Perk 4:
Increased Absorption - Every kill gains +1 charge. or Vampire of the Darkness - Kills gain -1 charge, but Recovery and Agility is increased by 2 and all Health and Stats absorbed is increased by double.
--------- P.S. Yes, this is probably very, very overpowered. But hey, this is all just 'what-if', as nothing this cool will every be added to Destiny.
