ok so I was thinking about this and I came up with a theory. it may seem rediculous at first but just hear me out. in the heroic paradox mission praedyth says "I had a friend back at the Tower... She used to say, "Praedyth, there's always room in the mind for hope." the "No time to explain" is deffinietly connected to praedyth, in fact i think it might be his gun. and the no time to explain not only looks super similar to the strangers rifle but its abilitys are slightly similar. what if the stranger was praedyths friend at the tower. the vault of glass we already know has some sort of control over time, so maybe she was able to somehow harness it? plus one of her famous lines is " "I don't even have time to explain why I don't have time to explain." and no time to explain is a gun that is possibly praedyths. or what if she was like with praedyth at the time, cause she says "Hold position, kill the engines, and don't let them find you" and praedyth was trying to hold back something in the vault of glass. i feel like we are gonna learn more about the stranger in destiny two. ether way i just feel like somehow praedyth and the stranger are connected.
