The thing I want is a in game use for your ships. I feel being able to have some ships that drop supplies or shoot at enemies would be great.
Also it would be cool to have the option of playing as a Fallen or Cabal guardian

Cabal wouldn't happen, they're too loyal. It'd be the equivalent of playing as a Dalek. Fallen however, we've already had them turning cloak to the Light's side (see: Variks) and the Eliksni-human language barrier isn't, as evidenced multiple times, that insurmountable.
