I envy you...
IB has been for me the worst experience in destiny so far, so much that I am completely put off destiny, to a point that I dont even want to see the loading screen anymore.
I dont know if it is just or what but I am Out gunned on every single encounter, despite using grasp, mida, secondaries,... even with my shotgun it takes me several attempts before I can kill someone. Playing 2v6, 1v6, doesnt really matter anyway.
I must have played over 40 games and only won 3 or 4 of them, so I am still rank 3 despite having turned in all the bounties and btw getting the same drop on both, chest piece and fusion both below my light level, and regarding game drops I got 3 cloaks and the auto with perks so bad that my range is actually below my firerate. I miss those daily bounties that would allow me to make it to rank five without having to actually play much IB...
Seriously you are very lucky
Gonna kill myself now

Just curious but do you check the LL of your squad? You may be 380 but if everyone else is way below then that's a problem. I usually go to orbit and try a new match up every now and then to see if I get lucky and not go up against a whole team of 380s.

The drop rates for rewards are absolute $hit all you see are autos, sg, and arms. I thought there were IB emblems and shaders? Not sure because I haven't seen them drop yet.

I feel you dude, I really do. On Tuesday night I raged so hard, I wanted to uninstall Destiny and never go on it again, Wednesday morning I was on here cursing the game and saying how bad this Iron Banner is. However, last night I decided to give it another go, I played with some friends and had some fun. I realised that you can’t play Supremacy the same way you play clash or control. It takes some adjusting and some getting used to but I will say if you find a team (LFG or Recruitment Forums) it’ll improve the experience much more.

yeah, your characters are all way below recommend light level. For every 10 LL of a difference there is a 4% damage reduction applied when LL advantages are enabled. The recommended is 320 or 340? yes? Even people going in at 350 will have a hard time against a team of 380s Get up to proper LL as 340 shouldn't be that hard, then come back next month ;)

You're only around 310 in a playlist where light level matter and the max is 385+. How well were you expecting to do? Stay with your teammates and just help whittle down health bars so it's easier for others to kill them or learn to kite/be a distraction and play bait to help out your team. Being there to mop up after trading kills also helps too, there were plenty of times where a couple higher levels killed each other and I just scooped up both crest after.
