Thorn Quest Glitching- Cannot Proceed With Quest
I'm having a big problem with the year 3 Thorn quest. I am at the second quest for it. I have already killed 100% of the Splicer enemies required but the box next to it is not highlighted green to indicate it's completion. On top of that, Shiro has the purple quest turn-in icon above his head but he will not proceed with the quest. Instead, he directs me straight to his inventory. Please investigate.

I haven't even started the 2nd phase so hope it isn't glitched for me as well. Also prior to getting new thorn bounty I had marker over tower that would never go away, they attributed that to people that had completed yr1 thorn. Wondering if since I still having a thorn in my vault is causing a problem?
