They should just combine Fireborn and Radiance. That way you can just go into Radiance whenever. Would make the subclass useful again. Then bring back the original charge rate of the Heart of Praxic fire.

With full discipline and two frags, HoPF works as it did in year one.

When I was playing, it was not charging as fast with full discipline. And two grenades had no effect on charge rate since you never can throw two at once. I remember getting like 7 or eight grenade throws off in year one.
