I-Doser - Audio drugs for the mind
These are just amazing. Some are scary, some are euphoria-inducing. I-Doser is this weird thing that uses sound to stimulate brain waves, and make you feel weird.
Before watching -
Turn off the lights in your room.
Put in headphones, one for each ear.
Lay down on a bed or just get in an extremely comfortable position in a chair, without touching any other furniture.

Sounds like the ping-pong ball halves and the white noise kind of thing. For the uneducated, you get a white noise recording (Preferably one that lasts for a long time) and a ping pong ball. Cut the ball in half, tape a half over each eye. Play the white noise on your ipod and make sure your headphones are on/in. I don't know if you turn off the lights, but supposedly after a long time you start to hallucinate because the brain has no sensory input, so it starts making it up.

Pretty much everything except altered states of lucidity is fake (for example, out of body, astral projection, and lucid dreaming legitimate).

yeah! i was up for over 30 hours, so i was expecting to get some good sleep.. but then only got about 4 hours of sleep.
