Remember that RNG is just Random Number Generator. People will get confused.
Whether you get a boot engram or a chest engram, or even getting an engram at all is RNG.
RNG ties into many parts of the game.

That is true. But hopefully Destiny 2 atleast has a different engine. Maybe 60fps or something. I don't want D2 to just be an expansion, I want it to be a sequel that's better and different.
