I would say FWC only because they have been preparing for exactly that.

Great starting thoughts guardian, thank you. The FWC does convey a zealot preparedness with a violent future( even their name signifies this as if they were being as up front as possible ).

It's a good starting thought indeed. The FWC seem to have their thoughts focused forward with a mass scale war coming. Their mind set might suggest the faction is ready for this.
