Ya y'all don't respond back. I qualify for several things and no response. Especially tester. Have programming skills plus tons of game experience. Passionate about the game to. But hey let people on about the lies. Every company does this. I have found HR people near pointless at spotting experience and work potential.

I met someone who was actual friends with their hiring manager from a prior industry job and they [i]still got declined for the job three times.[/i] They were persistent and got it on their fourth application.
