How Old Were You When You First Experienced Halo?
I was about 11 or 12 at a friends house. I didn't have an xbox yet so I was really excited every time I went over because I knew we'd play Halo!. The good memories are still there though. You?

I was 11 years old. Me and my 2 brothers saw the very first commercial for it and new we had to get it. Soon enough we got it for Christmas and played 3 player co-op on legendary for the first time. Goooood memories :)

I was 4 since my dad was buying something for a computer and it came with halo ce pc so my dad gave me it.

I was 11, a friend was playing it and I looked and thought I want that game! Next day had my PS2 traded in for an xbox with CE haha.

seven. Halo: CE. Got real scared at the Flood in 343 G.S.

I was about 13 or 14 the first time I played Halo. My best friend told me he thought it was something I'd be interested in and made me try it out with him. I fell in love with the Master Chief and the game play right away. We played all the way through the campaign, and I quickly went home and begged my mom for an xbox so I could own Halo for myself. Been an avid Halo and xbox fan ever since. :)

Appropriatly enough, 7. My first game was 1v1 FFA slayer, all rockets on damnation. Believe that the end score was something like 25 to -3. I did get one, maybe two kills though, I dropped on him from high up and gave him a good smack before getting shot at point blank and dying. Good times, lol.

How Old Were You When You First Experienced Halo? My daughter received an original Xbox console and about a dozen games as a gift when a relative upgraded to the brand new 360. One of the games she received was CE. We bought Halo 2 and a 360 console soon thereafter, then waited in line at the mall at midnight for the Legendary package when Halo 3 was first released. My daughter is in college... Then ODST and now Halo Reach. We'll get the anniversary CE and Halo 4 when it's released. We've played 2 or 3 dozen other games. The technology and gameplay of the Halo series are absolutely amazing. Nothing compares to the story, the characters and the games of Halo, in my humble opinion. We even have all of the novels written about and for Halo. Just wish Peter Jackson was doing the movie. Only recently got a workable LIVE connection. Not a lot of options for hi-speed where we live. Oh, I was about 53 when first experiencing CE. LM

dude i was 4 and i was playing halo then i was like 8 and i started playing halo 2. But when i was 10 i started playing halo 3 but now im 14 and still playing halo! :)

I remember being at a summer camp during '06, and some kids I was sharing a cabin with started talking about a game I've never heard of at the time, called 'Halo 2'. That was my first time ever hearing about it, but the first time I ever played one was during late '09, or early 2010.

i was 10 years old and i remember going to my best friends house and he just bought an Xbox with halo. I remember playing it with him on co-op and had the feeling like i was actually in the game because at the time it was so realistic. I remember my heart beat racing while the first halo music would come on during a huge fire-fight against Elites!!

Around 6-8. Not exactly sure. But, that was only a few games. I really got into it when I was about 11 or 12.

I would guess 10-11 but not in a squeeky immature way. My Aunt bought me Halo CE/2 and I loved it from the beginning. Prior to that my only gaming experience was with an old Mortal Kombat and Vectorman 1/2 (Halo reminds me of it). That started my gaming on a nice track but of course my mother regrets accepting the gift. She'll never understand gaming simply because thats not how she was rased but despite that I love games and Halo most of all.

HALO:CE is my favorite game by campagian, its just amazing. it is a phenomenon at my house as we have been playing halo as my #1 game for my entire life (literraly), so i am extreamly excited

Think I was 12, I'm 22 now so I was either 11 or 12 at the time. Sounds cheesy but it literally did change my childhood! We'd play Halo co-op after school everyday on a tiny tv and think it was the best thing ever. Halo 2 - system link 3 on 3 with friends on lockout! Then we got Xbox live and the rest is history!

10 years old; several hours of some serios Blood Gulch custom games. This was in '05, I had no idea of the scale of the game I was playing. In 2007 I was exposed to Halo 3; it hooked me more than anything else I have ever experienced. I played the Ark, and it remains my favourite level to date. After Halo 3, I bought my own xbox and have become a fairly keen follower of the franchise since, despite my knowledge of the story being relatively small. [Edited on 06.12.2011 4:28 AM PDT]

6, i used to sit and watch my dad run around killing grunts just after CEs release day, ill always remember my first kill, which was a hunter of all things. since then ive bought all the halo games and probably will beuy the rest, aslong as 343 don't screw them up.
