Dear Bungie, I would suggest that something be done about the inequities of faction progression between day-ones and new players. There is a mass of complaints within the community about how players who have been devout faction members since the beginning of Destiny feel cheated about the increase of shader drop rate, and some high level members (myself included) still haven't received a single shader, whereas some new members have all 4 shaders by faction level 10. Personally, I would recommend for the future, or going forward with Destiny titles, that a very clear-cut system of faction progression be in place, as to encourage all to continue leveling within factions, and make the game all the more enjoyable. For example, players would see at each vendor that they would be able to purchase shader X and Y, as well as ship A at Level 10, and be able to purchase shader V and W at 20. This tier system already exists among other vendors, but not the factions. Seeing in the beta that I could purchase said shaders from the factions was part of what enticed me to buy Destiny. Maybe the people at Bungie feel as though there's no way to remedy the situation without making more problems. This is primarily why I'm recommending this to be applied to future updates or titles, despite the fact that the new system could be implemented overnight and people who have achieved each tier would be eligible for the respective rewards. I've tried to avoid complaining as much as one can in the feedback section, but I feel dissuaded from continuing to play because I see new players receiving faction shaders that I have been dreaming of my entire destiny career. I can only attribute what's happening to me to be a glitch, but unfortunately I'm likely a victim of an unfair system where shaders have gotten easier to achieve only after I poured my heart and soul into getting them, and I (and surely other people) feel betrayed. If the random system that is in place carries over to future titles, I don't think I would feel as strongly about purchasing them as I would if this annoying and unfair issue were addressed. Please consider this going forward and thank you for your time. I would also very much appreciate some feedback on my oh so pathetic dilemma.
