Normal crucible drops are still bad and need to be increased
Remember in y1 when you could get exotic drops in the crucible? Remember in house of wolves when crucible drop rates were actually good?
Crucible drop rates need to go back up to at least house of wolves levels and exotics should be able to drop in the crucible again.
