But I'm not? I'm basically saying to make it so 3oC's are not required. That way we can play the game like we did in Year 1. That way so people that don't want to be hand fed can avoid 3oC's which made Strikes and Crucible impossible to drop exotics without these coins.

What do you mean? Year 1 did it fine. Getting exotics from Crucible and Strikes happened once like a week or two. Making 3oC's required basically is hand feeding exotics to you while this is a way for 3oC's haters to not be forced to use 3oC's and gain exotics like we did in Year 1.
