Its a better situation than now. As of now, the only differences between 2 legendary pulse rifles are the barrels and a few perks.

Agreed! I have not been playing very long, TTK, and I'm curious as to why I've had 3 level 40s already and how can I get some better weapons. I had Bad JuJu and other exotics and have 3 exotic armors for my warlock ... The only coolest one is the one xur is giving out and plan c rifle. Scout rifle with amazing impact stability and rof would be nice or a way to reset the stats or increase stats
