It wasn't ninja they have mentioned tweaking the matchmaking recently, I didn't notice much change until iron banner dropped though. It has been awful.

Ah ok I probably missed that, regular PvP seems to be decent enough, possibly a couple of red bars every now and then but this IB has been awful so far.

They didnt make a big post about it, so missing it was easy, they just slipped it into the threads randomly and that was all I ever saw. But yes I completely agree with you.
