I was a decent sniper in halo 2 but this is ridiculous. They should take off the aim assist for just one week then see how many kills are scored and the case would be closed.

  • People move a lot faster in halo and there is a lot more cover in destiny maps the reason snipers have high aim assist is because they need to I've tried using low aim assist ones like the extrasolar and there are a lot of phantom bullets. Aim assist I used to help people get those head shots because the time it takes to pull a trigger at long range your target already is safe if your usinf a low aim assist one. It's not saying your bad because you need high aim assist if you have a terrible time after 2 hours with a low aim assist sniper it's might be related to your reaction time and ping. Aim assist let's people with bad ping and slow reaction times when it comes to clicking the trigger land the shots they should. It's not something that's huge like people make it out to be I mean you still have to go over the head it's not like I can put the reticle over a guys head leave it there and shoot while he is falling and still get the kill. But just one thing no land beyond is the best close range sniper hands down.
