so a sniper being able to dome you while youre moving is just the player being good, and has nothing to do with the rifle, you realise that, right? "quickscoping" is all up to the player behind the gun aswell. you cant make a sniper take a full two seconds to scope in or anything, that'd be -blam!-ing ridiculous. dual body shots make sense for a sniper, as do one shot headshots. It's a HIGH POWER rifle... so basically, what are you trying to complain about? getting players that are higher-skilled than you or the rifles theyre using.. because those are two different issues. Snipers actually didnt even need that last nerf in my opinion, but the way they are now is just fine.

They so needed the nerf they still need one cuase people can quick scope/half scope you before you can melt them even when you get the drop on them. Personally I think the scope should be all over the place when moving like it would be in real life it's to easy scope and 70% of people just use sniper rifes I perfer when you spawn with no speaical in pvp.
