Has anyone played Medal of Honour: Airborne? Let me explain, at the start of every mission, you are parachuted out of a plane where you manually control where you land, anywhere in the level, and proceed to objectives.
I think it would be awesome if at the start of every, or some, levels you were dropped from space and you could mnually control the drop pod, dodging obstacles and strategically choosing where it lands.
I also think some sort of Firefight or Multiplayer Match making would give it replay value. [/quote]
We could have some sort of conquest mode in ODST 2, kinda like section 8 prejudice. You would drop from orbit like a normal ODST,but you could get shot downby AA guns.
I also had another idea, how about competetive multiplayer with flood, it would work similar to Singularity; the humans are trying to exterminate flood with some sort of forcefield emitted by a beacon, while the flood are trying to destroy it.
But it can't be completely destroyd and the ODSTs can repair it.
Once they have repaired and captured the beacon the countdown will begin, and the flood must either destroy the beacon again, or kill all the humans around it and recapture it.
If there are more flood than humans around then they will start capturing it too.
There would be different kinds of flood that can do different stuff like infecting other ODSTs and stuff like that. While the ODST have other classes and other abilities like camo and stuff. All of the classes can repair the beacon.
