I FOUND HIM!!
A long time ago I made a post saying something about a Taken Hydra. He is found in the Valus Ta'aurc strike replacing the Axis Hydra every once in a blue moon.

1 ReplyWhat's a hydra special ability? The rest of the taken army has a new form of tactic they use. Hydras from the rare occasion I see them, they do absolutely the same attack "combo".
