When they opened to the Halo 4 graphics. I think Church was there or maybe his daughter...? It was some time after it was revealed Church was actually the narrator and the Church we knew was revealed to be an AI. How far is that?

Uh lets see The opening h4 graphics were on the last episode of season 10. Church is indeed an ai, but only a fragment. The alpha was wiped out from the emp in season 6 The blue chick is agent Carolina, the #1 freelancer until texas showed up. In season 10 she enlists the reds blues, and agent washington to help her hunt down and kill the director of project freelancer (Lenard church) At the very end she finds him but she doesnt kill him. She gives him her pistol and kisses his forehead and leaves. Its implied that the director kills himself since he tells the ai in the system to shut off life support and to lock him in the facility At the end in h4 they were supposed to be back in bloodgulch and Carolina and epsilon run off to hunt down some lost freelancer equipment Things arent what they seem and season 11-13 is actually about a civil war that they are thrown into. If you want me to elaborate then i will, if not i suggest watching them. Season 11 has no animation but builds on the story. Season 13 is probably in my top 3 favorites for both story and animation

No watch it because it explains a bit about felix. I cant remember if it ends after the fight or if it ends after you learn where they are If you skip ahead you wont understand where they are, whats going on, or why caboose has an assault rifle with an aimbot that shoots confetti (season 13 spoiler) When i first watched season 11 i didnt like it because there wasnt any animation, but it probably has one of the best stories

No annimation? So just pictures and narrating? Or just narrating?

Remember how in season 8,9, and 10 they actually did animations instead of just halo machinima? The warthog busting through the wall and running washington over in season 8, texas vs wyoming, york, and main in season 9, and tex and carolina vs ct in season 10? I mean that kind of animation. The same year season 11 came out rwby also came out, so their animation team focused on rwby instead of rvb. Season 11 is just like season 1-7: just a plain halo machinima

Oh. I didn't really have an issue with it. But those solid animation moments gave me inexplicable erections. I mean, my God they were pretty fluid.
