Yeah remove persistence, i mean it's a hip fire perk and i usually ADS anyways. I hope they exchange it for something more useful like firefly or even crowd control/third eye.

Your ADS accuracy basically gives you only a smaller cone than hipfire, but still a cone. They did this to make guns miss outside their range, rather than simply be weak. Persistence negates this.
