Pay To Win
So I just found out about this pay to win thing.
Come on dude I enjoy all the updates DLC and specials events and I am okay with this emotes have to be payed for but as soon as you add guns I draw that line in the sand on the beach of Madagascar this is my did that is your side
Pay to win is not something that I wanted Bungie to go to no one did because what if last year they put a barrier behind Thorn or Last Word even things like LDR 5001 or Longbow or in the TTK what if they put a pay to win barrier around Doctrine of passing or Grasp of Malok or 1k stare. I just think it is stupid to have pay to win I am okay with emotes shaders and emblem but you add guns and gear behind not intake money but actual money we have to throw at our screen is just not what I want to do or anyone for that fact. If you add pay to win add trading because it is basically the same thing if you think about it no hating just want to get my ideas out there.

So let's say you are wearing full raid gear, your max light is 315. If you spend your money on the boxes that have a chance to get the specific armor you want you get it at 3 defense. With the 1 for 1 infusion system coming in april, you can infuse your 315 raid helm into the 3 spektar to turn it to 315. You do that with all your best armor you still end up as 315 light level. No advantages, no increased light, No pay to win. You just look they way you want to look. Don't trust everything players say on here, if you do your own research then you won't be so confused. Watch the stream, But be warned you will get hyped 😂

You can't buy weapons for money that I'm aware of. Only armor. Weapons you may have an argument but I'm pretty sure you're wrong

It's 3 light gear, that everyone who plays the game can get. You get 3 for free every week.

its not pay to win lmao......do you even understand what pay to win is????? You get 3 boxes per week free ( no mention if it is character or account) or you can buy them from tess......all armor from those boxes comes at 3 light and you have to infuse it to higher light. The boxes from tess are for people who do not want to wait the time to get the armor sets from the boxes. There is nothing from those boxes that will make you any stronger then stuff yoiu can get ingame.

If the gear isn't both immediately comparable to or better than the high end gear and exclusively available through purchase, it isn't pay to win.
