How do you get Shaxx's bounties?

You probably completed the Shaxx quest line on one of your characters already. Because that is what you need to complete to unlock the bounties. I was rank 3 prior to completing the quest and the bounties were not there but once I completed the quest on my Titan the bounties were available for both my other characters.

Hmm. That's where I'm on a different page. I heard that you only get a crappy rocket (Hot Head), from that quest. So I scrapped it. I have it almost completed on 1 character, but it's not completed.

Super long quest line. http://www.gamezone.com/news/how-to-unlock-lord-shaxx-s-weekly-crucible-bounties-in-destiny-3425703 Bonus is they changed it so once you've done this quest line with one character, it unlocks bounties on your alts. This was not always the case.
