I've noticed that some shots don't register. Ive played since the beta version and always rocked a hand cannon because I loved being rewarded for my precision shots instead of spraying everywhere. Notice that when you line up a head shot, a little red light appears on your cross hairs. Even with that reassuring little red light, which should guarantee I have a head shot lined up, I fire my hand cannon enthusiastically and nothing happens. I have checked multiple times to see if my connection was bad or the person I was shooting at (by hitting the trackpad on my dualshock 4 to pull up the score menu during pvp) and to my astonishment we both have great connection. Most of the time this happens in a small room where damage fall off at long range isn't even a viable excuse. I'm dissapointed by this game right now because even with optimal conditions, all hand cannons aren't as reliable as they use to be.
