You should remove "not a Christian" (as you're trying to poll Christians), and Baptist and Episcopalian are missing.
I would say Baptist/Methodist/Episcopalian are really the three you'll see often, in my experience, in the Southern US.

You need the not Christian option as non Christians would still vote to see results but by voting they misconstrue the data. So it has to be there

Episcopalian may be more Southern only...though I am not a Christian, they're rather nice people. Im living across from one of their churches, actually. Still, I would've expected Baptist to be a popular one. It is down here.

Oh don't get me wrong there are a lot of Baptists where I live, a lot of Catholics as well, almost no other kind of Christian actually. And I've found them all to be incredibly nice people who love discussing the differences in beliefs while also being respectful.
