Special ammo/weapon goals from patch 1.1.2

Hey Bungie, I just took a look at the weekly update from April 9th 2015. I'm amazed at how quickly things change, yet this seems so long ago. After reading the goals for special weapon use and looking at the current state of crucible, I think it's time you revisit the stated goals in the update for patch 1.1.2. Currently snipers, shotguns and fusions make up the majority of what people use most of the time if not the entire game in every crucible game mode. There is no need to consider when to use special since the ammo supply is still seemingly unlimited. I even read a post concerning Rumble and how to win there and was not surprised at the number of players who stated they win by using special as primary. I personally suggest removing special ammo crates entirely from crucible. In rumble, doubles, 3v3 skirmish and salvage and all 6v6 games types, give each guardian 1 clip (4-6 rounds) of special ammo at the start of the match and no more. Then in elimination game types give each player 2 special bullets per round. Make ammo regen weapons function the same as all other special weapons in crucible and prevent weapon swapping with ammo persistence (to prevent side arm ammo abuse). I think this would really cause players to consider when to use them, whether it's used for shutting down a super or denying heavy to their opponents.
