This site belongs to a company, so it would suck if an idiot posted download links for the latest hack and scored the company a lawsuit. However, like elmicker pointed out, there are some zones where it's "okay" like invEdit for Minecraft. However, you can't list every instance of where it's "okay," so Achronos decided to post a catch-all rule.
