Then Melee wouldn't be about skill, it would be about who's teammate shows up next. I like halo 3s Melee picking strat/ who ever melees with the higher hp kills and unless it's double melees than 1 person comes out alive. C'mon bungie, you did it right before, do it right again.

  • I think he's referring to things like shoulder charge, backstab is what all melees should do damage wise (you know when its not glitching and giving the extra damage from a front stab). Things like shoulder charge with little to no real requirements (no the whole you gotta be sprinting for a bit thing isn't a hard or even a skilled thing and isn't really a down side to having the ability) are kinda unfair to classes that can't do it. However if its set up like the sunbreakers where its tied to the super thats a lot more acceptable.

  • Not really. To either points. What I'm saying is when two guardians melee, should it be shoulder charge, throwing knife, smoke bomb, or regular punch, they could be taken out of the combat zone?-and enter a MMA/boxing/Mortal Kombat type sequence with space magic. A shoulder charge caught by defender would deal 25% damage and give defender rage. A throwing knife caught would deal 10%, would give attacker another knife and speed boost, defender would get throwing knife and grenade charge. Etc.
