None of the quests show complete...
None of the quests show complete even though I am progressing trough them and being assigned the subsequent steps as the later are completed. Also, working on "Nothing Left but the Fall" and I am at the "The Devil's Lair" step in the story. However; The Devil's Lair is locked. When I hover the cursor over it the info says requirements not met, and that it is a Strike mission rather than a Story Mission. I am a level 8. I do not have PS+. Is PS+ required to complete the "Nothing Left but the Fall" Quest? If yes, are there any quests that can be completed with out PS+?
