Looking for a new Desktop

I am currently searching for a gaming desktop that can run arma 3 on high settings. My budget is preferably $800 or below (maybe $900 depending on the circumstances). I just want to be able to run arma 3 at a good frame rate on high settings. Any recommendations?
im not that knowledgable on pc hardware and everything so I need help lol
• Arma is known for being a pretty cpu-bound game, so I would go for a Skylake build. Something like this will do what you need it to do: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wWC9bv It only has 240gb of storage because I feel that with the steady decline of SSD prices it is better to get a 240-500gb SSD now, and add in a mechanical drive later for mass storage since a 1TB can be picked up for as little as $40.
