I KEEP GETTING SENT TO ORBIT WITH NO ERROR CODE

I keep getting kicked to orbit. I am not given an error code but instead it says I have left my current fireteam and am being returned to orbit. Problem is I am not in a fire team and am playing myself. What is happening and how do I fix this?

Miss Nebulosity

This has been happening to me all morning. I've reset my cable modem and router, quit destiny, rebooted my console, everything. Commenting so Bungie knows its still an issue.
