Not all fire teams are created equal
First post for me here, but this issue in iron banner keeps coming up time and time again
I understand bungie tries to keep fire teams playing against one another during matchmaking, which is a great idea to keep solo players from constantly losing. This however does not work anyway. Instead of searching for games until it is a perfectly or near perfect symmetrical team balance, teams of six often get paired with a team of two and three. In these situations, the bigger fireteam always wins, or has an outrageous lead, causing the smaller fire team to leave. Lord shad has called off the game numerous times unlike the other iron banner events. I know there isn't much else to be done but it's been quite a problem for me and my crew as of late
Has anyone else been experiencing this?

The new matchmaking blows. 6vsolos. Major disadvantage they have conms. Or solo and match with Spain, Germany, Hong Kong, and Japan in the same game. Lagggggggg fest.

1 ReplyWith the way matchmaking has been for me as of late, I've run into full teams when my whole team consists of solo players. Resulting in either half of my team leaving before the match has begun, or my team absolutely dominating, as it seems to try and match by skill more than location and fireteams bypass this, so my team is skilled up to about two members of the enemy team. Either way, it hasn't been very fun.

i was playing with a group of six and we ran into ANOTHER group of six. we got split up and repaired 4 times before we got into a different game it was stupid!
