I did exactly what you did and haven't fixed the problem either. I live in Tacoma, WA and also have Comcast. I don't use their equipment though, I use my own modem and router, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I don't know what else to do at this point since it's clearly not Comcast's mo- actually, Comcast just went down for me. My phone just switched to data and my modem lights went off. So maybe it's Comcast's network that's affecting us?

  • More confusion: It's not Comcast, that was just my mate remotely resetting the modem (texted them the issue). Doing that just seemed to make it worse for me. I can't get passed the character screen now without hitting the marionberry error. Also, GTA5 online works just fine and my other XBox One can get into Destiny just fine. I'm just really lost at this point.
