How about this:
Upon entering the crucible, all supers, grenades, and melee damage is disabled. All guns lose their perks, do same damage, have the same range, same fire rates, and magazine size.
Every class moves at the same speed, jumps at the same height, etc.
Now crucible is balenced and the whinning can stop.

There is no point in having different classes then

You can either have balance, or non stop forum whinning. You choose.
