Weekly What's Update
Ooof! So we gave out the Autoupdate, and we tried to be as clear as possible, but of course misconceptions persist and folks are angry about all sorts of stuff, some legitimate, some mental. Today, we're addressing most of them.

Ok youve added knew levels to halo 2 some are from the original. But I would pay 50.00 bucks if you added Hang em High on halo 2 that would be great, Although halo 2 is great I still own alot better on 1 because I am the jump master and could jump off anything without getting hurt, just hit a slope and run down was the best when you were being chased.PUT HANG EM HIGH ON HALO 2 PLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEE

Listen, I NEED some help here. I have a serious level problem cuz people keep on quitten and that makes it unfair. I was a level 31 but now im a level 24. And the only games I lost were the ones where people quit on me. Help me please.

i realize your trying to help modding and all that, but is it really fair that we still lose levels to modders? i played 1 game of slayer today thinking i was safe, i got modded, and i lost my level. please help us!

Whats happening about the issue of people quiting in the middle of a game. I have played several games with people who just quit when they are losing. Can you make it so the players that quit lose more XP then players that stay in the game untill the end?

If Microsoft were to force Bungie to make Halo 3 right away and on their time frame, but Bungie would refuse, I think this is how the deal would go down. This is a step by step process of what might happen. -First, Bill Gates would come to Bungie headquarters and tell Frankie that he had been promoted to Xbox Live Administration. -After this, he would drive Frankie off with him to the Microsoft HQ, donning his alter ego Darth Gates, and would tie him up and throw him in the deepest, darkest nervous system of the central command bridge (Hey, every powerful industrial machine needs a command bridge, haven't you people seen Star Wars.) -The third step would be sending a ransom note to the United Nations of Scottish Countrymen (Otherwise known as.. UNSC!) for the requisition of Bungie's command, and to force the employees to create the best game known to man. -The fourth step is less complicated, next the UNSC would send it's band of merciless skirt-wearing, bag-pipe playing warriors to the Bungie headquarters to do said brutal capture. -Lastly Bungie would be forced to make Halo 3 in record speeds being totally cut off from their families without restroom breaks until the game was completed, causing many of the number to soil themselves in shame. Once Frankie was released by Darth Gates, Bungie would release the game and the world would be driven to the Bungie Side of games. And this is how Halo 3 would consequently reign supreme for generations of galactic dominance. [Edited on 7/22/2005]

awesome mister chief. why cant big team slayer be updated in the next playlist tweak to go to 100 kills instead of 50, big team territories was changed to 10 minutes (good move by the way) and assault on lockout is still the worst, and please oh please, do not do ANY kind of ctf or assault on gemini, EVER, it just doesnt work for that map, plots, maybe, but NEVER ctf or assault good riddance to the modders, havent seen ONE since the update. told you knewbs you would get owned, hard, in the face (excuse me, its the beer talking)

Ok this might be totally off topic...but are you guys going to fix the "black hole" on zanzabar? Well basically I was playing CTF on zanzibar, got the flag, ran for dear life, and ran towards the sea wall "shotty" area. I got there for cover and decided to chuck the flag so I can score it faster. ***Right as I threw the flag near the sniper rifle respawn area just above the little stairs on the sea wall MY FLAG WENT DOWN THIS MYSTERIOUS BLACK HOLE OF DEATH! It went below the level! I got so mad! all that hard work getting the flag out only to be returned! SO PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU COULD LITERALLY THROW, TOSS, DROP WEAPONS-FLAGS-BALLS-GERNADES AND even sometimes get sumone to fall in this black hole! Hell you can even shoot a rocket threw it! [Edited on 7/22/2005]

Bungie, we have talked about Super bouncing in multiplayer and i think its something you should explain to us because, even though its not used very much, its quite annoying. I mean, on zanzibar, how is it possible for somebody to be walking towards a broken peice of glass then jump off and then gain extreme velocity? Also, what about when two people sword each other and then they pass through each other, or when you lunge at somebody and completely miss? If you adressed these things in the next WWU i think many people would be happier knowing more info about BS sword games where the host wins even though you see yourself lunge first then they kill you...

Give it up already, please do away with this "Pimps at Sea" game cover up (even though it is funny) and at least acknowledge that you are hard at work making Halo 3. There is no possible way that Microsoft as Bungie's owner would allow it to make something less important then Halo3. THe future of the Xbox 360 depends on the Halo franchise and Microsoft and Big Bill are not about to let you people get off task. So please fess up and confirm that Halo 3 on the way.

Lets not forget about halo 3, if Bill gates said there is a Halo 3 there will be one, Micosoft are so bosy and are proberly forceing Bungie to get a move on, or make the game, I hate how Micosoft is pushing Bungie, around. Also about the guy saying there will be no PLOT, NO way, there are still 6 rings, Delta halo is not blown up Yet, the Holy city is dead in the water, due to the Arc taking the coveant Fleet to Earth, Grave mind is a Bad guy now, he works for the flood, Cortana is stuck on the Holy City with no one to take her home, Sarge, and keyes are still on the ring, there are so many Plot lines, And heres what i should here from Cortana in halo 3 "The War is not over its just started......... Master Chief good luck and good bye"
