Weekly What's Update
Ooof! So we gave out the Autoupdate, and we tried to be as clear as possible, but of course misconceptions persist and folks are angry about all sorts of stuff, some legitimate, some mental. Today, we're addressing most of them.

I recently played a game against a modder after the update and afterwards when we were sitting in the postgame lobby I asked him why he modded and how. He told me that when he mods he steals other peoples accounts and mods off of them. The one he was using at that moment was called stupidseeker. He also told me that when he steals the accounts he gets all of the persons personal information as well, such as credit card numbers. Is this true, and if it is, is there any way that this problem can be solved?

New Maps = New Levels If you are really a level 20 then play your way back up there There are two types of people in the world People that think there are two types of people and those that don't Bungie is actually working on a seqel for Halo, the story is as follows: The mystery of the Halo ring is that it is actually a big C-Ring for some deity. The come up to one of the remaining rings and slip it on creating a massive wave of panic on the ring. It then begins to search for the secret PINK HALO. Your objective is to lubricate the PINK HALO with the blood. (this is the major error fixed with the update 1.1, Bungie referred to them as the flood, but they are really the blood of the PINK HALO!!!!)

When you guys do an auto update that effects gameplay (i.e. melee attacks, grenades), do these changes also take affect when playing campaign.

My team and I were on line last night and played with a group of guys that kicked our butts big time!!!! After the game was over we found out why. They told us that they were level 24's but they keep de-ranking themselves to play lower level players. Why would you want to de-rank yourself???? The score was something like 25 - 10. It was the worst game that my team has ever played!!!! We reported them for cheating. I guess thats all you can do. I do not think that it is fair for them to play like that.

I feel like a lot of people have been getting frustrated with de-levelers recently. Just the other day, in fact, I lost a Team Slayer match in which I had 27 kills (talk about frustrating). My question is: Why don't you just deactivate the Suicide Point Loss rule in team games? Maybe add more time to the respawn instead? It's just a thought, but it seems like a reasonable solution to counteract de-levelers without branding them as cheaters.

I just wanna ask a few questions if you don't mind. Would you guys reconsider making the passanger seat first person again? I thought that was killer And will you consider fixing up the mongoose "the atv" and put it in as downloadable content?I would pay for that it looks deadly. And is it just me or does anyone els find since the last auto update made the sword and shotgun really unreliable,I mean I never use them anymore,for exaple last time I played the shotgun took 5 shots point blank to kill someone,and I mean point freakin blank I was all up in the guys face and I couldnt believe it,and the sword I find that the lung doesnt kill in one hit anymore,for example also for that is I find myself lunging and I will take their sheild off but they will beat m down in one hit.What gives????

this isnt a reply to the last one i suppose, just the only way i knew how to post. I have a question though. How come im playing halo 2. I accidently kill a teamate with a grenade, i say sorry he says its cool, it happens. Then later on i accidently fall off the edge of the level or something on accident and it says i have been removed from this game? i have lost many levels due to this and i would like to know why.

First off Scottland is a beautiful place, i got to see the Edinburgh and Sterling castles [quite different from dallas texas]. Anyway, i would really like to see some of the halo 1 maps for halo 2 , hang em high, rat race ,sidewinder, chillout and damnation. i had a blast playing them on xbconnect , i can only imagine playing them now without lag. i miss the idea of a dark rat race type level [ hide, ambush, flashlight's and the old pistol for the die hard fans] . Pistols would add a great change up for just a few of the levels [ man that would be great].

This is part of life; you cant just put a mute on life. Just leave after the game and try not to let it get to you, its not worth letting people get to you because then they feel superior because they annoyed you. -azaze
