Its not like all the street lamps will still be on after a good bombing. Hmm.... I finished the game on heroic at 7, and I started playing it at around 1:30 (and I didn't really ever speed through it). I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of dissapointed. The campaign plot was pretty good, but it could have been longer. Firefight's great, and so are the new maps, but the campaign just left me wanting more.

I dropped Halo 3 when Fallout 3 hit the streets. I'm excited to get back into Halo. Since I'm starting 100% fresh with NOTHING the $60 seems pretty legit and a dope deal. Not to mention the fact that I'm getting $25 bucks off for turning in Fallout 3 which I beat into the ground. -AND- another $20 for a controller that I never use. So $20 for the full Halo experience... pshaw... sounds right to me. I plan on walking out of game stop today with a completely new Halo experience along side all the dope stuff Ive known in the past. I agree with the original post. I am horribly disappointed with ODST. Campaign is boring and the multiplayer is halo 3 with a couple new maps. They are taking advantage of the Halo name with this boring, lazy excuse for a new Halo title. Im going to try and return this game tomorrow. Booo!

Another whiner about spending some money. Oh boy. The new maps aren't coming out on the marketplace so man up and buy the game.

I find it how funny a stupid -blam!- like yourself will say " HEy you get recons and 3 maps" and will make it justify the price of this expansion.

Honestly I bought Halo 3 ODST because of the story. I love the story I love everything Halo but quite frankly the graphics suck. Yes I saw videos of gameplay before and realized they sucked but bought it anyway for the story. Visually it looks like an old game and that sucks. Hell it looks as though Bungie is new in the biz. And no the maps aren't free your paying for them if you bought the game.

I loved firefight. I played a 45 min game with my friends, which was epic, even when two of us were dead. All we could say afterwords "Did we realy play that long? Also im enjoying campaign, even on 4 plaer co-op. I love it.

i think people are forgetting bungie only had a year to make and perfect this. As for the campaign being to short, i dont think so...if you can complete it in 5 hours then you are playin it far too much. Firefight is completely different to hoarde...i dont see skulls or bonus rounds on hoarde.
