I have just bought a copy of the new ODST i am so shocked by the size of the rip off and have decided to take my copy back, i was expecting a whole new gaming experience I WAS WRONG.

Thanks for the great game Bungie! I went to the midnight release at Penrith, NSW, Australia. And it was awesome. They had the Warthog there and everything. My friend was lucky enough to get a ticket to ride in it on the 23rd. I'm almost finished the campaign and I am impressed. Firefight is also much more fun than -blam!--Zombies or Horde. :) Thanks for the game Bungie!

Congratulations to Bungie! Can't wait to get my hands on my pre-order! Just read a review on G4, have to say I'm quite excited. I haven't been this excited to play a game since regular Halo 3 launched. Sounds like Xbox Live might crash again. Yay!

Amazing update. On a kind-of related note, i was reading the ODST instructions booklet [yes, there's still people reading those] and i noticed at the end, at the page where the booklet explains what Bungie.net is, it says there's also a BUNGIE STORE. But i thought that isn't online anymore? is it coming back? Hopefully someone from Bungie will answer this, thanks.

the game store i preordered ODST from uses Walmart as a distributor, so does the other local stores (small town) and Walmart didnt get the Sergeant Johnson codes, so neither do i, even though we were promised it in the preorder, they said that Bungie and Microsoft didnt expect that many people to order it, and we have no idea how we are going to get the codes... The dude that owns the game store just called to let me know that i could pick up the game at midnight, but they dont have the codes. This sucks

There still seems to be some confusion (even though they've said it like a dozen times now), but the Halo 3 Complete Map Collection comes with ODST as the second disc. Nobody seems to even listen to the podcasts for clarification anymore; fans are more content with whining and complaining. I also doubt they'll ever release it all in one pack on Xbox Live Marketplace, as it would be prohibitively expensive. [Edited on 09.21.2009 12:25 PM PDT]

this game is going to be the best out of all the halo games because you the people have the power to go any were in the game and explore there city.

Well at least now I know what new IP they're working on besides Reach... I won't say what it is to fans but, FYI Bungie, I agree with the professor: his franchise is so much better than Mass Effect. Even though I planned to work on it myself when I finished Uni, I'm glad you guys are carrying its torch.
