Can anyone one here translate the language in the trailer?
Everyone knows about the live action trailer so can anybody in this forum translate it so we have an idea of what...
1. They say.
2. The mysterious song that plays in the background.

First off.. I'm a native russian speaker. The language is not even remotely russian. It is not even ukrainian, serbian or any other slavic language. There are no recognisable russian words at all. It's hungarian and many hungarians posted translations for this. Second.. The person nuchy on the forum, who posted on the first pages, is a pathological liar. He claims he was with the US army and was stationed in Russia for a few years. Allow me to laugh... Since when does Russia allow foreign troops to be stationed inside it's borders? You are just a fraud by providing those fake translations and infos about yourself. There are no foreign troops, especially americans, in Russia, and never have been, except germans & that was an invasion in WW2 So please people use common sense and have source criticism. Otherwise those encyclopedias will be filled with fake info. Although this is just a trailer so nothing serious.

The language is Russian, and the song is in Russian. There is a topic, somewhere, were it was translated. But I think It has bee forgotten.

Tarkov in russian means demon Here is what is said: Trainer: Present arms! Trainer: FIRE! Trainer when hair is shaved "We are ODST's!" Trainer when yelling during obstacle course: "Do you want to die! do you! faster! go go go!" The song roughly translates to: "And my army of brothers went over the hilltops, drenched in blood we may be.... but fighting is all left to me....together with my army of brothers...down we fall....darkness in all..through hell!" thanks to nuchy

Alright guys lets end this now The original song is Light of Aiden which is a Gaelic song but for the intent and purpose of showing the tough training of the training and life of an ODST the song and all words spoken are in Hungarian I speak Hungarian because i decided to learn it for when i go to Budapest for the spring semester

Okay, so this is really just in response to the people posting the entire translation of the trailer. When the ODST instructor is yelling at the men standing in line...he says TARKOV!! YOU CALL THAT ATTENTION!!!! GIVE ME 30 NOW!!!

i think he looked a little more Irish than English and the song is galic(Irish) but Russian and galic have the same root language so the translation probably is correct

The song is in Gaelic and the language spoken is in a form of Hungarian. I went through the trouble of finding the appropriate links yesterday so I'm not going to do it again. Google it or look through my most recent posts in the Flood. Edit: I had to do something after hitting reply so it took a while before I posted. I see now that the link has already been provided.
