The song is a version of Light Of Aidan - lament, the original is sorta girly so I would wait and HOPE they release this one.

damn. i read all these posts and it makes me really hate myself for only being able to speak spanish and english. i want to be able to speak like 10 languages now. Only in Halo would you get the modivation for learning new languages. who woulda thought? lol

The original song is 4 minutes in lenght, my bet is that theres a Full version comming, or is some where. Maybe if the 2nd part of We are ODST has the same song they'll release it due to its high Demand.

They are speaking Hungarian, though canon wise the soldiers are considered Russian. The song playing is Gaelic. Someone already posted the translation.

The Marines are meant to speak a form of Russian, says Rupert Sanders during an interview, a language not commonly seen or used previously in the Halo universe.
