I'm making a vamp sorcerer high elf, going magicka based for high dps, destruction staff as 1st weapon what should my 2nd be? This is going to be my first character.

I would either go restoration staff or dual wield. You can really choose to your liking. Or just use another destruction staff if you want and go all out. Add me and I'll play with you, I'm an assassin night blade
